Our commitment to safety

NextPlay is designed to support student-athletes through the college planning and recruiting process — and to keep young people safe while they use it.

NextPlay (MyNextPlay.ai), operated by Next Play Education, Inc., is committed to maintaining a safe and positive environment for all users — especially young people.

To comply with California Senate Bill 243 (“CA SB243”) and to uphold our commitment to online safety, we maintain clear protocols that protect users from self-harm risks, unsafe content, and inappropriate interactions with AI chatbots or agents. These safeguards apply to all users, with enhanced protections for minors aged 13–17.
